It is unfortunate that I have to write this review because I was satisfied when Rodney first installed the floor; however over the winter, several of the boards moved and seams opened up between the planks on the floor. I have repeatedly called Rob to try to get a repair and have been promised 4-5 times that repairs would be done only to have missed appointments and no-shows. Twice I had to send him pictures of the issue and still no resolution to my problem. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM if you expect to have any issues resolved, they do not guarantee their work and do not make repairs in a timely fashion. I have called and waited 4 months and still have not been satisfied. I do not recommend this company to follow up on their promises. Buyer beware.

We were off to a rough start, I had my appointment scheduled 5 months prior to the date to start my floors. I called 3 weeks before my appointment to make sure we were all ready to go and was told they will be at my house between 9a-10:30am. The Saturday before my appointment, I called again to make sure we were all set for that Monday. I was told they didn't have me on their books nor was there a contract or deposit drawn. We got everything squared away that Saturday and they were to start my floors that Monday. Monday came 8am I get the call from Jahlife-they can't start the job until the next day. They did get the floors all sanded that Tuesday and was told they were going to be back first thing in the morning. First thing in the morning was 3pm, then I was told that they were going to finish the job that Saturday-no call no show on Saturday. I got a call on Sunday morning that they could fit me in, but I was at work and didn't get the message. I finally got a call that Monday and was told they would be at my house first thing in the morning and to pay the final payment to Powers. First thing in the morning was 12:30p. This job took over a week and there was so much lack of communication. I work many hours and 2 jobs and my mother took a week off work so there was somebody at the house to let the workers in the house and I had to miss work that Monday so they can finish my floors. My floors really do look great, but I am positive if it was not for Powers, Jeff and Kevin. My floors would have never gotten done. I was going to do my living room floors but I decided to look into another company. I would have Powers do my floors but not with the company of RENEW FLOORING.
