Broke a pin that holds my watch band on so figured I'd also poke around for my wife's birthday next week and kill 2 birds here. A simple 5 minute fix with a dollar part...not so here. They wanted me to leave the watch because "searching for a pin was going to take to much time". So, ok, I'll go elsewhere. (10 Months later I'm assisting another store that was responsive to me with their marketing....because that is what I do. In fairness, I would remove this review because of my position with another store, but that option is not made available to me.)

They do a great job finding what you need, not what they think you need. Everytime I have ever shopped here I have come out with exactly what I had wanted to get. They have outstanding pieces there and they also do an outstanding job working on existing pieces. Highly recommended!
